Justice is finally being served after the July 2010 theft of a $15,000 guitar owned by country legend Hank Williams Jr. Almost two years after the incident, an arrest has been made in the case.

According to the Associated Press, Adam Dale Broach of Notasulga, Tenn. was taken into custody on Sunday (May 20) by the Pike County’s Sherriff’s Office. He has been charged with first-degree theft of property in connection with the theft that took place at Williams’ Tennessee cabin.

An arrest report details the recovery of the guitar, which was returned later that month after it was given to Wayne Mills of the Wayne Mills Band as a gift during a concert. The report does not specify whether or not Broach directly gave Mills the custom-made 1968 Les Paul guitar.

No other immediate details have been released concerning Broach’s arrest.
