More flights are arriving on time, and less luggage is lost.

At least, that's according to the AP.

Flights on U.S. airlines are arriving on time more than they have in nearly 25 years, and fewer people are having their luggage lost.

Nearly 84 percent of domestic flights arrived within 15 minutes of their scheduled time in the first half of the year.

It's the best performance since the government started keeping track in 1988.
