Golden Age Of Health Begins At 45

I guess I have a few more years of drinking beer and eating fast food!

A new study has shown that 45 is the age when a majority of people kick off a “golden age of health.” Daily Mail reports a study found that once confronted with their own mortality as they, or family and friends, have health scares, more than a third opt to limit drinking to three or fewer units a week.

A similar proportion avoid processed food, while more than eight in ten eat the recommended five pieces of fruit or veggies every day. Nine in ten are also non-smokers, compared to three-quarters of people under 45, and nearly 40 percent say they ‘never over-indulge in food or drink at the weekends.’

I always indulge over the weekend.  My weakness is wine and cheese and bread.  What can you not say “no” to?
