The 7th annual Get Poked For Caden Blood Drive is Wednesday, June 27th from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at a new location.  This year the blood drive will take place at the Commons at Baxter and Love.

Between April 2012 and July 2013, Caden received 35 transfusions of blood products as he battled stage IV, high risk neuroblastoma, an aggressive form of childhood cancer. As a 3-year-old at diagnosis, Caden not-so-affectionately referred to the frequent needle sticks as "pokes."

On Saturday, Caden turns 10 years old! Blood donors sustained his life in a very tangible way 35 times, so how fitting that we celebrate his life with a blood drive.  And if you're scared, Caden will be there to cheer you on with his stuffed dog Slush! If he can be "poked" over 150 times, you can do it, too!

Walk-ins are welcome or you can make an appointment.
