George Strait ‘Christmas Cookies’ [VIDEO] (mmmm Cookies!)

Who bakes Christmas cookies?  My wife Lori bakes TONS around the holidays!  Do you have any recipes you'd like to share?

Lot's of breads, cranberry, pumpkin, you name it, she's probably baked it.  Cookies are the one thing she'll only bake at Christmastime.  Christmas Cookies.  What is your favorite yummy thing to eat around the holidays?
