Flood Watch For Three Forks Area

The Jefferson River near Three Forks, Montana is under Flood Watch for Saturday night to Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday night the river was a 7.1 feet, with flood stage being 8.0 feet.  At 8.0 feet some farm buildings around Three Forks are expected to flood.

Minor flooding of 8.0 to 8.3 feet is possible Saturday evening into Tuesday according to the National Weather Service.
