Fork & Spoon is excited to host La Tinga as a Guest Chef on Monday, July 30th from 5 – 7pm. La Tinga will be preparing and serving a Mexican inspired menu. The meal will feature hibiscus tea, the choice of a vegetarian tortita or albondigas, a Mexican style meatball, with sides of beans and rice, and finished with rice pudding. The Fork and Spoon is a Pay-What-You-Can enterprise, however, the suggested donation is $8 per person.
