Montana non-profit agency offering residential and community based counseling, adoption support and behavior and mental health services and for children and families is holding its 1st Annual Fall Roundup on Sunday, September 16th from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at the beautiful Copper Spring Ranch. All proceeds benefit the children and families who depend on Intermountain’s variety of services.
The Bozeman community has come together to support and embrace this event and Intermountain’s healing mission. Major sponsors include Barnard Construction and Copper Spring Ranch. A committee of 20 people from the Bozeman area has worked for over a year to put together a top notch fundraiser. From publicity to decorations, every detail is planned by local community members wanting to reach out to help children in Montana.
The event is coined as a “Real Montana Event” with great entertainment provided by the famed Montana Rose. Dean Folkvord, CEO of Wheat Montana is serving as the auctioneer and will be auctioning several great packages including “Girls Night Out” donated by the Canyon River Spa, a private fly fishing adventure with Willy Self, well known fly tier and fisherman of Willy’s Troutworld, and many more. The dinner will be catered by Gallatin Valley Catering and will be a pitch fork fondue type dinner.

Please note that Intermountain Children's Home, currently has 5 Bozeman children in its care. One of its 1909 founders, Rev. John Chirgwin, has three grandchildren residing in Montana: Marjorie Dreher Beck of Deer Lodge, Frances Chirgwin Shellenberger of Bozeman and Dorothy Angstman Peete of Billings.
