Additional Information

Two bands taking innovative approaches to old instruments and producing altogether new, exciting sounds. Fiddle, viola, banjo, sax. Come dance, come hear something new.

Bozeman's own Archer's Mob will start the night off with their wild fusion of rock, reggae, funk, bluegrass and folk.

Followed by Rachael Cardiello with her full band and three piece horn section. Originally from Helena, Montana, but currently based out of Toronto, Ontario, Cardiello has been touring Canada and the states for over five years as a solo artist. Though trained as a classical violist, her music invites comparisons to many innovative female songwriters--including Kate Bush, PJ Harvey, Joanna Newsom and Regina Spektor--and is rooted in a strong drive to mess with the boundaries between genres as diverse as pop, alternative folk, rock, country and soul. With the release of her new album, Warm Electric Winter, Cardiello presents her songs with a full band, horn section, and an electric sound.
