14th Annual Harvest Celebration: A local food lover’s dream come true!
16 regional and guest chefs will delight attendees with dishes made from sustainably raised Montana meats and produce for this fundraiser.
Western Sustainability Exchange (WSE) is holding the 14th annual Harvest Celebration fundraiser and dinner on Friday, September 27th at Chico Hot Springs Resort. Sixteen regional and guest chefs will delight attendees with dishes made from sustainably raised Montana meats and produce.
Proceeds from Harvest Celebration, including the live and silent auction, support WSE’s efforts to increase Montanan’s access to sustainably produced foods that are grown in the state. A major focus of WSE’s work is connecting farmers and ranchers who are exceptional stewards of their land with local restaurants, chefs, grocers, and distributors. WSE also engages the public on sustainability and the benefits of local, sustainably raised food through WSE’s Livingston Farmers Market, Young Entrepreneur Stewardship, and the Montana Farm to Restaurant Connection Programs.
Tickets are $80 per person or $600 per table of eight and must be purchased in advance. Several sponsorship opportunities are available.
