End Of The World?
I didn’t even know about this one! I had just heard about the end of the world on December 21st, 2012. Crap, I have alot to do today…
According to Boulder native and Internet preacher, Harold Camping, May 21st, this Saturday, is the end of the world. Camping created a formula based on bible verses to calculate the day the world ends. He says, “Because the year 2011 A.D. is exactly 7,000 years after 4990 B.C. when the flood began, the Bible has given us absolute proof that the year 2011 is the end of the world during the Day of Judgment, which will come on the last day of the Day of Judgment.” Camping’s faithful followers have traveled the country, spreading his message and warning people of the end. One follower explained, “There’s going to be a worldwide earthquake and what’s going to happen is the graves are going to open up, the dead and Christ are going to rise first.” Keep in mind — Camping predicted the world would end in 1994 as well.
I want to know what you believe, XL Country!
