Eddie Montgomery’s Wife Files for Divorce

Montgomery Gentry's singer Eddie Montgomery was recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and now on top of that his wife is filing for divorce. What's even worse is that she actually admits it's his illness that provoked her decision.

We hope for the best for Eddie and that his body and heart make a full recovery. Maybe a year from now there will be a song on the top of the charts chronicling the whole situation and he can look back and laugh.

It was just last month that Eddie announced he is battling prostate cancer. His publicist confirmed that Tracy filed for divorce because, according to Eddie, she couldn't cope with his illness.
