It's that time of the year again. Be sure to set your clocks back one hour when you go to bed Saturday night.  Unless, of course, you're in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands, or Arizona.

Why do we do this again? Oh, ya, to save energy. So, then, why do we set the clocks forward in the spring? Oh, ya, for farmers. At least this is what they told me in school.

Don't forget, or the church auditorium is going to be really empty when you show up on Sunday morning. Fall back, spring forward, that's how I remember it.

And just so you can put into your calendar now. Daylight Savings Time begins agin at 2am on March 6th, 2016.
