Dierks Bentley has another hit on his hands! The singer's seventh studio album, 'Riser,' was unleashed onto the music scene just last week, but it's already landed the No. 1 spot on Billboard's Country Albums chart!

This is Bentley's fifth album to debut in the top spot on the country charts, and the 'What Was I Thinkin' singer is receiving praise for his depth and artistry from media all over the country.

'Riser' is the country star's most personal album to date, and as Taste of Country reports, the differences between Bentley's new album and previous records are "subtle, but important." This time around, he has traded in some of his rowdy style for lyrics with much greater depth and sprawling musical arrangements that are "vulnerable and imperfect, which is in a way, perfect." Songs like ‘I Hold On’ and ‘Here on Earth’ are a new style for Bentley, but judging from all the glimmering reviews and that No. 1 spot on Billboard, it seems like the experiment is working!

Fans can experience Bentley's No. 1 album live when he kicks off his Riser Tour in May.
