Dash cam video from Reese Witherspoon's arrest last month in Atlanta hit the web, and all I can say is WOW!

The clip shows Reese's husband Jim Toth already in cuffs, when Reese pops into the picture and tries to get involved. By this time the cop has obviously already had enough of her, because he cuffs her and puts her in his car.

Along the way, Reese delivers some classic lines, such as . . .

"I'm a U.S. citizen. I am allowed to stand on American ground and ask any question I want to ask."

"This is beyond. This is beyond. This is harassment. I have done NOTHING against the law."

"I have to obey your orders?"

"I'm obstructing your justice? Really? I'm being anti-American? Wow . . . interesting."

But the BEST part of the video is the very end, after Reese is safely tucked away in the backseat of the squad car.

Jim tells the cop, quote, "I'm sorry. I had nothing to do with that."

And for the record . . . when Reese says "Do you know my name?" and "You're about to find out who I am," she's DEFINITELY trying to play the fame card. She wasn't just offering her name to be helpful.

Meanwhile . . . Reese entered a plea of no contest for disorderly conduct yesterday.  All she has to do is pay a $213 fine.

Jim pleaded guilty to DUI, and he'll get 40 hours of community service.  He also has to attend an alcohol education program and he gets 12 months of probation.
