As it turns out, Chris Young is not comin' over — at least, not right now. The singer has been forced to re-schedule the final 2015 dates of his I'm Comin' Over Tour due to illness.

Young posted to Facebook on Thursday (Dec. 3), letting fans know that he was not going to be able to make the show slated for that evening in Duluth, Minn., on the advice of his doctors, as he had been battling strep throat. Later that same day, he broke the disappointing news that he was also having to postpone concerts scheduled for Dec. 4 in Rochester, Minn. and Dec. 5 in Green Bay, Wisc., where the current tour was scheduled to wrap.

The singer posted a picture of various medicines, writing, "This is my life right now... Been trying to beat this thing so bad...I never want to disappoint you guys, but I have to reschedule the shows in Duluth, Rochester, and Green Bay due to strep throat. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone in January and I can promise you we’ll have a big night when I’m back!"

The Green Bay show has been re-scheduled for Jan. 7, 2016, and Young and his band will make up the Rochester date on Jan. 8. The concert in Duluth is now scheduled for Jan. 9. According to his original post, all previously purchased tickets will be honored at the re-scheduled dates, while those who cannot attend the new show dates can obtain a refund through the original point of purchase.

Young released his latest album, I’m Comin’ Over, on Nov. 13, debuting in the top spot on Billboard‘s Hot Country Albums chart. The project’s lead single and title song also reached No. 1. The singer will kick off the regularly scheduled 2016 leg of the I’m Comin’ Over Tour on Jan. 21 in Lowell, Mass.
