Chocolate Flourless Poppers - These are creamy, dark chocolate bite-size decadence in a variety of flavors including chocolate caramel, bittersweet cayenne, and dark chocolate raspberrry.

Chocolate Covered Parisian Macarons - Luscious cream or rich mousseline filling is surrounded by cushions of delicate meringue

They also won 11 awards in the San Francisco International Chocolate Salon and have been featured in the latest Tasteable magazine - a San Francisco publication - as one of America's "Hot Chocolateiers"

Smore on a Stick - chocolate fudge brownie dipped in ganache and coated in toasted graham cracker with a homemade lavender marshmallow

Chocolate Trifle - gluten free chocolate torte, orange and Grand Marnier sabayon, pistachio praline, and fresh orange supreme

Chocolate Molecular Gastronomy - Chocolate blini, whipped cream, chocolate caviar, chocolate ganache powder

Individual Chocolate Entremets - chocolate mousse, coffee mousse, coffee soaked sponge cake, chocolate cake, chocolate glaze

Providing unique chocolate teas, tea infused chocolate, chocolate teacups, tea infused chocolate scones and shortbread and hot sipping chocolate also infused with tea! Extraordinary flavors and quality to tantalize your senses!

They won 3 awards at the North American Tea Championship and won Best Product at the World Tea Expo

Chocolate tart with blue cheese pastry cream and Chocolate cookie with chipotle chocolate cake and caramel buttercream

Mini Chocolate Turtle Cupcake - rich chocolate cake topped with a creamy caramel vanilla butter cream drizzled with chocolate syrup  and sprinkled with nuts

"Dingleberries" - huckleberry chocolate tumbled over chewy caramel. Dingleberries are tart, sweet, and melt in your mouth Yummy!

Also will present their vast varieties of handmade truffles featuring the Dark Passion Red Pepper Truffle that gives quite the kick!
