Belgrade Standoff Ends in Death

The Gallatin County Sheriff's Office is reporting that at approximately 1:45 am Tuesday morning, after a lengthy standoff, the Gallatin/Bozeman Special Response Team discovered a deceased male at 114 Gemstone west of Belgrade. The gunshot wound appeared to be self -inflicted.

Local Law Enforcement Still Negotiating With Man in Belgrade

As of 6:20pm on Monday, Deputies with the Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office and the Bozeman Police Department are still attempting to negotiate with a 31 year old male subject who has threatened to harm himself and others in Belgrade.
