The media conglomerate Viacom and Taylor Swift just announced that they’re joining forces for the first-ever MTV global music video premiere, featuring Taylor Swift’s ‘Safe and Sound’ video from the soundtrack to the upcoming flick ‘The Hunger Games.’ The video is set to debut Feb. 13, and because of the scope of the media giant and the popularity of the ‘Mean’ singer, Viacom expects the video could air in as many as 600 million homes around the globe.
A Tennessee judge retired the charges against Rodney Atkins stemming from his Nov. 21 altercation with his wife Tammy. After completing court-ordered assessments for anger management, alcohol and drug use, the charges were cleared and expunged from his record.

At Saturday night’s Jason Aldean My Kinda Party Tour show in Champaign, Ill., one fan was trying to have his own kinda party — but he wasn’t able to stay in the audience long enough to see it to a good close.
