My wife, Lori and I went shopping today. Hit THE Walmart, THE Costco, THE IGA, etc...made the rounds. There's something going on with all retailers that I've know for some time now, but for some reason it hit me wrong today.
I've always said that spicy type foods can help you lose weight. I LOVE chili! If I could, I'd eat chili everyday...of course Colleen wouldn't appreciate each morning! :) HA! So if you want to check out the other ways to lose some weight...
So did you make any resolutions? Was one about losing weight? All I did was eat candy and baked goods for the past two weeks. I think I may have over-done it on the sweets! It seems that the most popular resolution for the New Year is to lose weight, at least according to MyGoals.com. If you really want to lose weight, don't diet.
So what do you do with all those leftovers from Turkey Day? Besides sammiches, and just snacking, do you actually make full meals out of your leftovers? This is the first year in many that Lori and I don't really have that much left over, because we went to a friends house for the holiday. Here are some good creative ways to re-invent your leftovers!
