10 Hilarious (Yet, Actually True) Bozeman Police Reports

According to the @bznpolicereport Twitter feed, these are the most jaw-dropping police reports in Bozeman, Montana in recent months. And they are all true!

June 21st, 2014 – A caller reported finding human feces on the front step of their residence and two cases of wine missing from a vehicle.

June 20th, 2014 – Three Chinese women approached a man who sells sheds and asked if they could rent and live in a shed on his property.

June 20th, 2014 – A caller had questions about how to get rid of woodchucks.

June 19th, 2014 – A woman was warned for calling 911 because her toilet broke.

June 10th, 2014 – Horses were out of their pasture near Annie Street and New Holland Drive. Officers used their horse whispering skills to coax the horse.

June 6th, 2014 – A 28-year-old man broke his leg while playing dodgeball.

June 3rd, 2014 – A caller complained about a “tree-hugging car” that was driving recklessly on Interstate 90.

May 20th, 2014 – A reported disturbance in a trailer park started as an argument over a man’s erectile dysfunction.

May 16th, 2014 – A caller reported receiving the “double finger” from a truck driver while driving on Frontage Road.

May 2nd, 2014 – A man on Babcock Street flagged down an officer at 11:50 p.m. to request a ride to the bars downtown. He was not given a ride.

April 30th, 2014 – A man seen pushing a cart on an Interstate 90 ramp told highway patrol that he was headed toward Butte and he was happy where he was.

Nov. 3rd, 2011 – A transient was seen cutting up a deer on the side of Main Street at 9 a.m. Fish, Wildlife & Parks responded and took over.

Nov. 6th, 2011 – A Broadwater Street woman was “creeped out” at 7:50 a.m. when she found her ex-husband had left a pumpkin with candles burning inside…

Nov. 4th, 2011 – People were talking about cocaine and peeing outside a loud party in the 1200 block of West Babcock around 12:30 a.m.

Nov. 6th, 2011 – A woman believed employees of a South 23rd Avenue restaurant were smoking marijuana. She told dispatch everything smelled like sandwiches.
