I know a lot of people get fired up about this, but it's a law, and could cost you $100 if you get caught.

From Bozeman Police:

The Bozeman Police Department encourages drivers to not use their handheld cell phones while driving this holiday season.

With the increase of holiday shoppers and the sometimes icy roads in Bozeman, it is very important for all drivers and bicyclists to keep their hands on the wheel, eyes on the road and mind on driving.

As a reminder, holding a cell phone in your hand and using the speaker option while driving is not allowed. Avoid a $100 fine and please do your part in helping keep our roads safe!

Ok, you can be honest...we're not going to tell!
