Well, at least we aren't number one.

Forbes just released a list of the Five Emerging Markets for Luxury Real Estate in North America and our little town of Bozeman, Montana landed at #2 on the list.

The reasons why they chose Bozeman was due to the fact that Bozeman not only offers great outdoor amenities, but let's you have a great work/life balance as well.

Forbes also says we are home to new businesses needing employees, and we are one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the United States.

What does this mean for Bozeman? It could mean we'll continue to see an influx of new residents from out of state, but the biggest problem might be the real estate market.

We already have a housing market that's unaffordable for many people and luxury real estate will most likely keep the median home price going higher and higher in the coming years.

How do you feel about this? Do you think making lists like this is good for Bozeman? Let us know.
