Bozeman Man Arrested For 4th DUI

At about 1:30 this morning, 33 year old David Wood of Bozeman was arrested for 4th offense DUI after leading officers on a short vehicle and foot pursuit in the downtown area.

Wood was eventually found hiding in the bushes outside of a lawyer's office.

Several other charges will be requested through the county attorney`s office.

Wood was provided with a ride to the Gallatin County Detention Center where he is awaiting his appearance before a judge later today.
