BOLO Alert! Be on the lookout for Richard Hinman, a moderate risk sexual offender convicted of sexual assualt in 1994.

Hinman is wanted by the MT Department of Corrections Proabation and Parole Office in Bozeman for being non-complaint.

Hinman has moved from his last known address in Livingston and his whereabouts are unknown at this time. Hinman has lived in Bozeman in the past.

Hinman is described as a 49 year old white male, approximately 6 feet tall and weighing 140 lbs with brown hair, blue eyes and possible facial hair.
