Bobcats vs Eastern Washington: Game Notes

This Saturday the MSU Bobcats are in Cheney, WA, to take on the Eagles of Eastern Washington. Here's some game notes going into Saturday's contest:

• Game time is 2:10pm and will be broadcast live on 100.7 XL Country. It's also on TV on the Root Sports Network
• Last year's game at Bobcat Stadium saw both teams combine for 103 points and 1,129 total yards. Eastern Washington won 52-51.
• Like last year's contest, this year's game is considered a non-conference game even though both teams are in the Big Sky Conference.
• Bobcats are 1-0 defeating Fort Lewis 45-14 on Sept. 3. EW is 0-2 losing to Oregon & Northern Iowa. This is EW's home opener and will be their 11th straight sellout.
• This is the sixth-straight season the Eagles and Bobcats have both entered their meeting ranked nationally. The Bobcats are #11 right now, EW #14.
