They are in every office.  The talkers.  Sometimes it's a nice distraction, sometimes they keep you from your work.

A new survey found that water cooler chit-chat is the biggest time waster at the office.

In the admittedly unscientific poll from TrackVia, the time lost dealing with software and computer problems came in second.

Then, in 3rd place...going on Facebook, Twitter or other social media sites.
