Big Sky Bravery is holding its first-ever Tribute Dinner where they will honor Sgt.1st Class Leroy Aurthur Petry. Sgt. Petry risked his life to save two of his fellow Rangers while enabling his assault force to accomplish their mission.

Sgt. Petry will talk about his career that includes eight deployments in support of overseas contingency operations, two tours in Iraq, and six tours to Afghanistan.

In addition to his Medal of Honor, Sgt. Petry has been awarded two Bronze Star Medals, a Purple Heart, three Army Commendation Medals, two Army Achievement Medals, Valorous Unit Award, three Army Good Conduct Medals, National Defense Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Combat Star, Iraq Campaign Medal with Combat Star, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Non-commissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon with numeral 3, Overseas Service Ribbon and the Army Service Ribbon.

Tickets: $1,000 for tables (seats 8) or $150 for individual tickets
