Lady Antebellum Perform ‘Dancing Away With My Heart’ on ‘The View’

Power trio Lady Antebellum commandeered ‘The View’ stage yesterday morning (May 1), performing their moving ballad ‘Dancing Away With My Heart’ from their ‘Own the Night’ album. The daily gabfest’s stage was billowing with clouds of white and purple smoke at Lady A’s feet for the entire performance. It was a dramatic effect, but it was almost enough for us to wonder if they needed a fire extinguisher!

Blake Shelton Aspires to Tour Like George Strait and With Miranda Lambert

Blake Shelton is a busy man, but he’s busting his butt now, releasing albums, touring and appearing on ‘The Voice’ so — as he puts it — he and his wife Miranda Lambert can “relax and not have to tour until we’re on our walkers.” Clearly, Shelton and Lambert plan to enjoy their twilight years by taking gigs and socking away cash now so they don’t have to stumble on stage when they are past their prime… although it is hard to imagine their talents aging or expiring.

Taylor Swift ‘Punk’d’ by Justin Bieber in New Clip

Poor Taylor Swift. She really got ‘Punk’d’ by Justin Bieber in the brand new season of the hidden camera series that MTV is exhuming as of March 29. A teaser clip of the Biebs punking his pal Swift has surfaced online, and while it’s hilarious to the viewer and those in on the prank, it’s not as quite funny to Swift, as a look of genuine terror crosses her face. She appears completely concerned about the events that unfold in the forthcoming episode.

The pair nabbed the trophy for their debut album, ‘Barton Hollow.’ While the Civil Wars, and their music, are obviously quality enough to earn them a Grammy and the national attention that comes along with it, it was frontman John Paul White’s acceptance speech that will be vividly remembered.
