Are Cats Evil, Or Just Jerks? [Video]

I seem to have a lot of cats in my neighborhood— this means cats do there business everywhere! Apparently my backyard used to be the neighborhood litter box, seriously there was a lot of cat crap! Yesterday I came home to a mess on my steps.
I suppose with all the snow this cat wanted some dirt to deuce in. The first thought that went through my mind was why the heck didn’t I put those in the garage already— Second thought was whether I would get in trouble for trapping cats— Just a thought don’t worry I’m not that mean!
