For her senior project, Alexa VanDyken from Manhattan Christian School put on a talent show, and Saturday night over 300 people packed into the Manhattan Christian gymnasium to watch 12 talented people from the local community compete for $3500 in prize money.  Dave & Ally from the XL Morning hosted the event introducing the talent that ranged from musicians and singers to aerial performers and toe writers.

Here are the winners:

1st: Tal Rogers (Yo-Yo Performance)

3rd: Michael Comstock (Singer/Impersonator) and Star Gaitan (Aerial performer) tied.

Our 1st prize winner received $2000, 2nd prize winner received $1000, and the 3rd prize winners split $500 all thanks to Venture West Realty.  See some of the fun we had at Manhattan Christian in the photos below:

Thanks to all of our performers, the terrific audience that turned out to watch, the great panel of judges that we had (Bernie Delvalle, Amy Kanuck, Julie Bussis, Dr. Kirk Aamot), and all of the volunteers that worked so hard behind the scenes to make the talent show truly unforgettable!

Lastly, thank you Alexa VanDyken for your vision of putting on a show like this, your hard work, and for letting XL Country play a part in a Big Night!
