It's November and it's getting colder, but that doesn't mean there's less to do in the Bozeman area.  Check out some fun local events going on this weekend below.

Blue & Gold Gala

Support and celebrate Bobcat Athletics on Friday, November 2nd for the inaugural Blue & Gold Gala.  There will be dinner, a live auction and silent audition that all get started with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. at the Brick Breeden Fieldhouse.  If you can't make the event you can still participate in the silent auction online here.

Bridger Ski Foundation Ski Swap

Skis, boots, boards and all the winter recreational gear you need this season is available at the Bridger Ski Foundation Ski Swap.  Drop off gear you want to sell on Friday, November 2nd from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a $1 fee per item consigned.  Then shop on Saturday, November 3rd from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with a $2 admission and Sunday, November 4th 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with free admission.   You can even drop off your skis and get them waxed! See a Classic at the Ellen

Head to the Ellen Theater on Saturday, November 3rd to see a true master piece on the Ellen's big silver screen.  The cinema classic Gone With the Wind will play at 7 p.m. with only $6 for tickets.

President Trump in Bozeman

According to the president's campaign website, Trump will appear at a hangar at the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport at 12:30 p.m.  Register for tickets to the event here.

Bobcat Volleyball vs. Northern Arizona

Cheer on the Montana State Volleyball team face off against Northern Arizona on Saturday, November 3rd at 7:30 p.m.  Door will open at 6:30 p.m. and you can get a discount if you wear your pink or show your MSU Football ticket.

Bozeman Public Library Used Book Sale

If you love books, and you love buying them at ridiculously low prices, the Bozeman Public Library Used Book Sale is this weekend.  The sale runs Friday, November 2nd through Sunday, November 4th.  Details here.

Pumpkin Smash at the Emerson

Put those pumpkin pieces to good use, in the big compost heap at Happy Trash Can Curbside Composting. This Saturday from 9a-12n during the Bozeman Winter's Farmer's Market, take those pumpkins and jack-o-lanterns and smash them to pieces at the Emerson Center for Arts and Culture.
