1 Teen Dead, 1 Teen Arrested After Auto Accident in Bozeman

An accident Thursday night on East Main Street in Bozeman at the I-90 Interchange has left one teenager dead and landed another in jail. According to Bozeman Police, a single vehicle accident resulted in the death of 17yr old Joseph Carnefix.

The Bozeman Chronicle is reporting that, Jacob Burroughs, 18, was arresting following the accident for negligent homicide.

Billings was driving the vehicle at a high rate of spped before losing control, striking a guardrail, rolling over, and coming to a stop off the roadway.
